1980	‧	Yip’s moved into China to set up sub- factory. She was one of the enterprise enter into China after China political revolution
1989	‧	Yip’s moved whole production line into China and leading about the quality of mannequin among market.
1996	‧	Yip’s official changed the name as "L & J Hair Beauty Products Ltd“ and started the modernization production and management system.
1999	‧	L & J Hair Beauty Products Ltd built up 8000 Sq. meter of owned factory in order to enlarge its’ capabilities.
2001	‧ ‧	JoyfulQueen Hair Beauty Products Ltd Established Appointed by "Hair Competition“ (Japan) as the official mannequin supplier and provide the high end quality product to China Market.
2002	‧	Achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification (Cert. no. :FM 503907)
2003	‧	L & J Hair Beauty Products Ltd enlarge the scale of factory till 13000sq meters, in order to fulfill the needs of the market.
2004	‧	Joint with TONI&GUY (UK) to develop the salon business and Hair Academy in Northern of China (Beijing)
2005	‧ ‧	Appointed by many hair competitions in China to be their official sponsor Joint with TONI&GUY (Northern China) to present hair performance in "International China Beauty Week“
2006	‧	TONI&GUY (Northern China) presented in "International China Beauty Week“of "Expressionism“, got very good feedback from the public.
